Privately owned and operated civil engineering firm in Houston, TX is looking to add an experienced Civil Designer to the team. This long standing firm seeks a talented professional with a background in creating detailed and accurate designs for critical infrastructure projects. If you have a passion for precision and a solid understanding of civil design principles, please apply. Preference for county project experience. This role is in office with fully paid health insurance benefits. Location: Houston, Texas Job type: Permanent Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year Work hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Bachelors Posting note: This posting is open for thirty (30) days. Responsibilities
Develop and revise detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Create 3D models of civil engineering designs. Prepare and review design layouts, plans, and specifications for wastewater, drainage and roadway projects. Need extensive experience in water, wastewater, drainage, and roadways design. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs. Assist in the preparation of permit applications, surveys and other regulatory documents. Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation. Qualifications
Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience Education: Bachelors Skills
