With a commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence, we have been serving the Tucson community for several years, offering state-of-the-art rubberized roof coatings that protect against the harsh Southwestern sun and weather.Position Overview:As the Roof Coating Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Your experience, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence will ensure that we consistently deliver top-quality products to our customers while optimizing production processes.Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while meeting production targets.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled professionals, ensuring a high level of competence, and fostering a positive working environment.Process Optimization: Identify areas of improvement in the production process, and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and manage inventory levels.Quality Control: Implement and uphold rigorous quality control processes, ensuring all products meet or exceed company and industry standards.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the plant.Budget Management: Develop and manage the plant’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.Reporting: Regularly report on plant performance, challenges, and strategic insights to senior management.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance the plant’s operations and product offerings.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Desirable)A minimum of 4 years of experience managing a manufacturing facility.Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and production quality.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, safety regulations, and quality control methods.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
