Qualifications

Perform all activities relevant to the assigned program/department; maintains student records and assists students and colleges as requested.

Process, post, and maintain all documents relevant to student files.

Process, print and distribute reports relevant to student records for various college offices.

Process and post final grades.

Ensure files and records are maintained according to state policy.

Prepare records for imaging.

Communicate with students regarding record issues.

May be required to travel to other campuses/centers to register students or work with college departments on record processes.

Other Duties Perform Other Duties, Tasks And Assignments As Required.

Education High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate's degree preferred.

Experience Two (2) years of continuous full-time general office experience, preferably related to registration in an academic setting.

Prefer experience with computerized student system (PeopleSoft).

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Detailed oriented.

Customer Service Skills Required Knowledge and understanding of immigration rules and regulations.
