We’re looking for a

Project Manager

to lead large-scale industrial construction projects – from preconstruction through closeout. The role oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Base Pay Range $95,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do

Lead day‑to‑day project operations: scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.

Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and performance, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Partner with field supervision to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards.

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance and alignment.

Monitor project milestones, budgets, and KPIs; prepare internal and external status reports.

Manage change orders, material procurement, and subcontractor billing.

Conduct OAC and progress meetings, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

Drive project startup and closeout, including permitting, mobilization, punch lists, and turnover documentation.

Mentor assistant‑level staff and provide direction on best practices and project delivery methods.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of progressive experience managing industrial construction projects.

Proven success running multiple $15M+ projects with limited supervision.

Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices, safety, and QA/QC standards.

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, P6/MS Project, or similar software.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.

Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors from award to turnover.
