The Product Support Engineer will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of industrial technology solutions through New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) initiatives. This position involves technical validation, defect analysis, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high product quality and performance. Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI) — Develop and maintain technical documentation for new products. New Product Introduction (NPI) — Validate form, fit, and function of newly developed systems and components. New Product Introduction (NPI) — Collaborate with engineering and testing teams to ensure readiness for deployment. New Product Introduction (NPI) — Investigate and analyze defects in existing production systems. New Product Introduction (NPI) — Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. New Product Introduction (NPI) — Integrate customer feedback into product enhancement strategies. Customer & Field Support — Provide advanced technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Customer & Field Support — Triage escalations and assist in restoring production systems. Customer & Field Support — Occasionally visit field sites for validation and troubleshooting (PPE provided). Project Coordination — Manage timelines and deliverables for NPI/CPI projects. Project Coordination — Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and execution. Required Skills
Technical Skills Experience supporting technology in industrial or production environments. Familiarity with TCP/IP networking. Familiarity with Microsoft client/server platforms. Reading and interpreting schematics. Strong data gathering and analysis capabilities. Soft Skills Customer focus and service excellence. Effective communication and relationship management.
