Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Facilitator with a strong interest in supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping production areas by facilitating workshops and training sessions for our production team members. This role requires spending significant time in a production environment to learn the area and terminology.
Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops on various topics, including conflict resolution and setting output goals.
Engage with production team members to understand their needs and challenges.
Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the production environment.
Foster a collaborative and positive learning atmosphere.
Continuously improve workshop content based on feedback and industry best practices.
Requirements
Strong interest in supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage participants.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Must be comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
Preferred
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and terminology.
Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions.
