Senior ISO Technology Project Manager

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
Responsibilities
Lead Agile teams through planning, coordination, and execution of business and technical initiatives.
Manage project planning, estimation, milestones, and delivery using PMO-approved practices.
Partner with product owners to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of deliverables.
Oversee release planning and deployment coordination for UAT and production.
Track project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and reporting practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and dependencies.
Coach teams on Agile values and ensure adherence to Scrum frameworks.
Promote continuous improvement and high team performance culture.
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to progress.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
PMP or Prince2 certification.
Scrum or SAFe certification (preferred).
Experience
7–10 years of experience in software development or IT project delivery.
4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Demonstrated experience identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
Qualification and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
PMP Certification required.
Scrum or SAFe certification preferred.
