Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities
Complete window cleaning routes—typically within one local area. Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings). Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades. Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed. Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles) Reliable automobile transportation with valid liability insurance Ability to read maps and follow route directions Schedule
