Oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects, ensuring they are built according to design, budget, and schedule. Scale the business by setting clear expectations and managing project team performance regarding safety, budget, schedule, quality, and the Caddell Way. Recruit and staff key office and field positions. Assist with interface and problem resolution with owners, A/E representatives, or subcontractors if required. Ensure adherence to all company, client, and project policies and standards. Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and construction management functions as needed. Assist with mobilization and demobilization of projects. Oversee projects with understanding of owner and subcontractor contracts, project billings, and financial reporting. Perform additional assignments as directed by executive management. Manage client pursuits and project bids/preconstruction efforts. Work conditions involve a construction setting with 50% travel, based out of Phoenix, AZ or Jacksonville, FL. Must be physically capable of tasks like crawling, climbing, lifting over 50 lbs, and working in extreme conditions. Report to Vice President of Commercial Construction. What We Expect

Strong work ethic, positive team environment, and a sense of purpose. Education/Experience: Minimum high school diploma/GED, 15 years’ project management experience, with a preferred four-year degree in engineering or construction management. Skills: Excellent technical, management, communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Deep understanding of the Caddell way. Compensation

Salary range typically between $126,000 - $168,000 annually, with potential premiums. Caddell considers prior experience, education, and qualifications for competitive offers. Additional Information
