Overview

Build Manufacturing Engineer III - (E3) 2nd Shift. This role supports the FEP-ALD-EPI team as part of the Build Engineers for our chambers. The position requires collaboration with Engineers, Manufacturing Techs, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Technical Project Managers, and System Project Managers. The focus is on strong floor support and continuous improvement to enhance product quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions; launch, release, approve, and implement engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and Operations. Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements. Apply DFx principles to reduce costs and improve product quality. Gather operational and test data, evaluate results, and take corrective or continuous improvement actions as needed. Evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies; contribute to development and maintenance of business processes and ensure current practices are documented. Determine root cause and corrective actions for issues during assembly and/or test; provide failure analysis reports as required. Perform Process Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis when working with New Product Development. Functional Knowledge

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00 The salary offered will be based on location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for a bonus and stock award program, as applicable. Equal Opportunity
