This role provides technical support and training on our products, services, and equipment to acquire new business and maintain existing customers. Based at YPAC in Cocoa, FL, it involves frequent travel across North America and occasional international travel. Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support, including managing the Awlgrip tech line. Analyze product-related issues, perform laboratory analysis, and coordinate corrective actions. Manage complex customer complaints. Gather customer needs to help build strategic plans. Participate in sales processes with prospects. Prevent and resolve technical problems for existing customers. Assist in testing and implementing new products and technologies. Develop relationships with customer technical staff. Use CRM and other reporting tools to maintain accurate customer data. Provide progress reports, market trend analysis, and recommendations. Monitor competitors’ activities at customer sites. Promote the company’s positive reputation and develop long-term customer relationships. Adhere to company values, policies, and safety standards. Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience in technical services/support within the Paints & Coatings industry or similar B2B environment. High School Diploma required. Skills include problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and basic financial understanding. Total Compensation

Salary depends on skills and experience, with an annual bonus scheme.
