Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities

GMS Program:

Ensure consistent use of eMaint MMS for Work Order management, PM scheduling, metric reporting, asset numbering, spare part management and technical aspects of repair processes or procedures at all CentroMotion locations. Establish strong relationships with all Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners/Schedulers, Maintenance Technicians and manufacturing personnel who interface with eMaint MMS. Maintain an understanding of current maintenance technologies and trends. Work to incorporate new strategies to improve CentroMotion’s maintenance program. Develop maintenance processes in accordance with published safety procedures, such as Lock Out/Tag Out LOTO, Contractor Management and Fall Protection, etc. Develop MRO and Spare Part guidelines for inventory, usage and cost tracking Maintain CentroMotion Maintenance SharePoint Site for Procedures, Standards, Work Instructions and equipment maintenance data Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MMS system and provide total plant support for installation, operation, training and troubleshooting – become CentroMotion’s SME Maintenance Compliance

Responsible to fully implement, utilize and support eMaint MMS use Standardize maintenance processes and data collection techniques needed for KPI performance reporting Schedule and lead monthly meetings to review maintenance performance metrics, procedure compliance and training and significant events Develop and maintain metric reporting dashboards Assist in providing solutions to equipment downtime and problem resolution Education

BS IE, ME, EE or similar engineering degree 10 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment 5 years in a senior-level maintenance engineering or facilities leadership role Preferred

Leading initiatives within multi-site or global manufacturing environment Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance techniques for program development/improvement Familiar with maintenance processes and Maintenance Management Systems Knowledge of Inventory Management Strong oral and written communication skills Read and interpret equipment schematics AutoCAD use Experience and/or Training

Progressive growth with history of increasing leadership roles or levels of responsibility Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance RCM, Total Productive Maintenance TPM, Autonomous, Preventive, and Predictive AM/PM/PdM maintenance techniques Ability to develop concisely written procedures, work instructions, specifications Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities Review, interpret and use data to drive improvement/change Travel Requirements

25% (normal), up to 50% may be required at times What We Offer
