Engineering Manager – Search & Discovery
to lead a team advancing our search platform through better relevance, ranking, and reliability. You’ll define strategy, guide technical execution, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to make the search experience seamless and intelligent. Responsibilities
Lead engineering strategy and delivery for search and discovery initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and AI teams to define and execute the roadmap. Improve search quality through ML, NLP, and data-driven optimization. Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability. Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team. Promote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Required Skills & Experience
2+ years\' experience managing cross-functional engineering teams. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and large-scale search systems. Strong knowledge of retrieval and ranking models, vector search, and hybrid retrieval. Proven track record delivering scalable, production-grade systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. About ConsultNet
