What You’ll Do
Collaborate with customers to design and implement custom control solutions for industrial machinery and process systems
Lead and manage projects from concept through completion
Communicate regularly with customers on project progress and timelines
Develop detailed circuit diagrams using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical
Select hardware and prepare bills of materials (BOMs)
Write and modify PLC programs tailored to specific applications
Design HMI screens integrated with PLC logic
Conduct factory testing prior to system shipment
Travel to customer sites for inspections and system commissioning (up to 20%)
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal engineering standards
Work independently and within collaborative project teams
What You Bring
Proficiency in programming Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Strong understanding of VFD systems and motor control applications
Skilled in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical (preferred)
Experience with machine control system design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE, BSME, or equivalent)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% annually
