Embroidery & Production Specialist (In-House Only - No Remote Digitizing Service)

in-house embroidery production .
No remote digitizing services will be considered. Lightfire Printing is a fast-growing custom printing and embroidery company based in South Florida. We specialize in high-quality embroidered apparel, DTF shirt printing, wide-format printing, and custom products for both individuals and businesses. Our team is passionate about creativity, precision, and customer satisfaction. As we expand, we’re looking for skilled, detail-oriented individuals to join our close-knit team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up Ricoma embroidery machines with precision and efficiency. Work with Chroma digitizing software to prepare and load embroidery designs. Thread machines, prepare fabrics, hoops, stabilizers, and monitor progress for consistent results. Load and unload finished items, ensuring smooth production flow. Quality Control & Finishing:
Perform detailed quality checks to ensure all embroidered and printed products meet company standards. Trim threads, make adjustments, and finish products with a polished look. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Warehouse & Order Fulfillment:
Assist with picking, packing, and processing customer orders for timely shipment. Participate in inventory management, stock counts, and restocking supplies. Help maintain warehouse organization to ensure smooth daily operations. Customer Service & Order Processing:
Support order accuracy and assist with customer inquiries on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. Process and track orders, helping ensure on-time delivery. Machine Maintenance & Production Support:
Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on Ricoma embroidery machines. Ensure machines are properly cared for to reduce downtime. Collaborate with teammates to keep production running smoothly. Team Collaboration & Flexibility:
Be ready to assist in embroidery, printing, and warehouse tasks. Contribute to a supportive, close-knit team environment. Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience Required:
Prior experience operating commercial embroidery machines (Ricoma strongly preferred). Digitizing Software:
Chroma experience is a plus, but work must be performed in-house. Warehouse Skills:
Familiarity with order picking, packing, and inventory control preferred. Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of embroidery production, DTF shirt printing, and general printing workflows. Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday. Attention to Detail:
High accuracy and pride in producing professional-quality products. Communication Skills:
Clear verbal and written skills for team coordination and customer service. Team-Oriented & Adaptable:
Works well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Flexibility:
