Our Headquarters is in Lithia, Florida with operations throughout North America (U.S./Canada) and South America. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Faustina location. The Maintenance Planner will plan maintenance activities across all areas of the operation based on preventative maintenance programs and work orders generated throughout the site. This position provides in detail; the source & sequence for all resources, materials, and equipment to complete each job safely and effectively and provides cost estimations to do so. Maintenance Planners are not required to participate in the execution of the plan; however this position is required to review feedback from the execution and strive to continuously improve future plans based on that feedback. What will you do? Provide detailed job plan, identifying parts, tools, and resources required to execute work in a safe, cost effective manner.

Work closely with the Scheduler, Maintenance Material Coordinator, and department personnel to generate a high quality job package for each scheduled Maintenance activity.

Follow-up on job packages to ensure they are correct and organized to execute as described by the work order.

Perform other duties as assigned

What do you need for this role? High Diploma/ GED Certificate and 5 years of relevant experience required or a Bachelor’s degree; Technical or Engineering and 1 year of Industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Computerized Maintenance Management System, Scheduling tools required

Maximo, PI, OIS, Kronos experience preferred.

Proficiency in plant equipment and maintenance standards.

Leadership/communication skills, ability to get results through others and serve as a change agent required.

Organizational skills in a fast paced industrial environment are required.

Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance, vibration/oil analysis, Infrared, Motor Circuit Analysis, Ultra Sound and Root Cause Failure Analysis preferred
