The Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of all projects in their area. They will schedule crews to meet customer deadlines and coordinate with subcontractors as needed to manage workflow. Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of timesheets and expense reports. Develop work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customers, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc. Monitor Quality Assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards. Enforce safety practices among all crews during their work. Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project. Perform site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance, independently if necessary. Requirements & Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A License highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience supervising underground construction projects. Experience working from blueprints and specifications. Limited travel required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Starting pay for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.
