9/80 work schedule (with every other Friday off) Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: When assigned to Utilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize ESRI30s Utility Network Model (UNM) for electric utility systems. Perform data modeling and migration from legacy GIS/network systems into UNM. Develop and maintain network topology rules, asset connectivity, and utility data integrity. Support field data collection and integration with enterprise GIS systems. Create and publish maps, layers, and services in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to align GIS data with operational systems (OMS, SCADA, work management). Troubleshoot GIS data issues, perform QA/QC checks, and implement data governance standards. Develop documentation, user guides, and provide training for GIS users. Works with and assists construction crews and crew leaders on interpretation of engineering designs and specifications. Checks field construction for conformance to plans and specifications. Coordinates the recording of the department's mapping program with the block book program maintained by the Department of Public Works.
