Resiliency Operations Engineer – Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity

Resiliency Operations Engineer

to support and enhance enterprise

Disaster Recovery (DR)

and

Business Continuity (BC)

environments. The ideal candidate will have

strong hands-on experience with Zerto —this skill is

highly desired and central to the role . Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain

Zerto ,

Azure Site Recovery (ASR) , and

Commvault . Design and manage

Virtual Protection Groups (VPGs)

for workload protection. Perform

failover, failback, and recovery testing

to ensure system resiliency. Maintain

runbooks, documentation, and compliance

(HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 22301). Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams on DR/BC initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7 years

in infrastructure, systems administration, or disaster recovery. Expertise with

Zerto

is

strongly preferred ; experience with

ASR

or

Commvault

a plus.
