The Manager - Manufacturing is responsible for directing and overseeing operations at a high-performance manufacturing facility, including process unit operations, blending and distribution, maintenance, and compliance functions. This role ensures reliable, safe, and efficient production while meeting or exceeding quality, environmental, safety, and financial goals. The position requires a strong commitment to operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and product consistency, especially as the final products serve critical, high-performance markets such as professional racing. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Forecast production requirements and establish production run rates. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Support troubleshooting efforts for operational issues. Maintain 24/7 availability for emergency operational needs. Develop short- and long-term maintenance and capital project plans. Conduct daily rounds and operational meetings to ensure safety and productivity. Compliance Ensure compliance with internal procedures (MOC, PSSR, work permits) and external regulations. Oversee compliance with API, OSHA, DEP, PADEP, EPA standards. Lead audits, including PHA, LOPA, HES, and PSM. Lead incident investigations and develop mitigation plans. Maintain and update P&IDs, SOPs, and safety standards. Manage internal audits and follow up on findings. Training Conduct training programs in emergency response, SOPs, and safety standards. Organize tabletop drills and scenario-based exercises. Oversee compliance and re-certification training programs. Maintain training documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (CBT, HazCOM, DOT, etc.). Financial and Project Management Develop and manage capital and operating budgets. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring alignment with financial plans. Plan, bid, execute, and track turnaround activities and capital projects. Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor/contractor relationships. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities. Conduct evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary processes. Manage scheduling, time tracking, and union contract considerations (if applicable). Operations Support & Coordination Participate in facility operational updates and coordinate dock and tank activities. Manage facility agreements and emergency response planning. Act as Incident Commander during outages or critical events. Required Qualifications 8+ years

of relevant experience in petroleum or chemical processing (operations, blending, terminal). 2-5 years

in production planning, scheduling, or project management. Proficiency in troubleshooting and process diagnostics. Strong knowledge of process equipment, instrumentation, and P&IDs. Familiarity with applicable codes and regulations (ANSI, API, OSHA, EPA). Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and eligibility to obtain a

TWIC card . Preferred Qualifications Experience in contract administration. Background in SAP (Plant Maintenance, Asset Management). Experience with managing union/represented employees. Familiarity with supply chain and procurement related to blending operations. Working Conditions On-call availability and occasional travel required. Work may involve exposure to chemicals, high temperatures, noise, and rotating equipment. Must be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
