Salary

Convert complex customer and stakeholder needs into actionable system and subsystem requirements. Design and refine architectures for both new and existing systems. Perform trade studies and technical analyses to identify optimal solutions. Develop and maintain detailed system design documents, including interface definitions and schematics. Establish and improve MBSE processes, templates, and best practices. Build, review, and present models to internal teams and external stakeholders. Lead or contribute to technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR). Assist with planning and executing testing, including hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) and subsystem/system-level tests. Travel to customer locations as needed (≤25%). Experience Needed
Solid experience creating system requirements and design documentation. Background in Aerospace and/or Defense industries is essential. Experience with radar systems, hypersonics, or unmanned aircraft systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with MBSE and Cameo modeling is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to thrive in dynamic environments. Demonstrated technical leadership and results-oriented mindset. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline. 11–20 years of relevant industry experience. U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one. Salary and Benefits
