As an Engineering Manager, you’ll guide a cross-functional team spanning frontend, backend, and mobile engineering while remaining hands-on with the codebase. You’ll work closely with product and design partners to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable, reliable systems. Your focus will be on setting technical direction, mentoring and growing the team, and ensuring timely delivery of features that drive the business forward. Responsibilities
Guide a cross-functional engineering team spanning frontend, backend, and mobile Remain hands-on with the codebase as needed Set technical direction and mentor the team to grow capabilities Collaborate with product and design partners to deliver seamless user experiences Ensure timely delivery of features that drive the business forward Qualifications
Track record of managing engineers across multiple disciplines (frontend, backend, mobile) Experience owning architecture and end-to-end delivery for both web and mobile applications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment Compensation
$200,000–$240,000 base salary, plus equity Benefits
