to support operations in Northern Germany.
This role blends hands-on technical work with customer engagement, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the field.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Visiting customer sites to perform routine testing and system checks
Installing and maintaining chemical dosing equipment
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with machinery and systems
Monitoring performance data and adjusting processes for optimal results
Managing inventory and ensuring safe handling of materials
Preparing clear service documentation and reports
Supporting customers with tailored solutions and technical advice
Promoting the use of digital tools and automation technologies
Ensuring all work meets high safety and compliance standards
Your Profile
Technically trained, ideally with a background in chemistry or engineering
Experienced in industrial environments (paper manufacturing is a plus)
Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
