Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Automation (100% Commission-Based) Location:

Hybrid (1 Day a week in the office) / Dallas, TX HQ

The Role: Technical Sales Representative

This is not your average sales job. There’s no cold calling, no scripts, and no price lists.

This is a consultative, solution-based technical sales role where your primary focus is working with qualified incoming leads to identify needs, propose solutions, and close deals — all while being rewarded proportionally to the value you create.

We seek someone with an

entrepreneurial, hunter-mindset who can

earn upwards of $350k per annum (uncapped commission).

What You’ll Do

Engage with 100% inbound leads (no cold calling)

Consult with engineering and procurement teams to understand technical needs

Propose solutions involving industrial automation products and systems

Develop and present tailored pricing proposals (no fixed pricing model)

Work with a seasoned support team to quote, process, and deliver solutions

Build relationships with clients in defense, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors

Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and sales knowledge
