Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement WE VALUE Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title Experience in manufacturing environment with a focus on automation and robotics Proficiency in Fanuc Robot programming and PLC programming Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions Benefits
