We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the on-site execution of BESS projects across Massachusetts and the ISO-NE region. This role will ensure construction meets all safety, quality, and schedule requirements while complying with state and local permitting regulations. Location

Oversee day-to-day site construction activities for BESS projects. Coordinate subcontractors, EPC teams, and site crews to meet milestones. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DOER requirements and SMART program standards. Implement site safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and company policies. Conduct quality inspections and approve work before commissioning. Maintain daily site logs and communicate progress to the Project Manager. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years in construction management for renewable energy or utility infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of electrical construction standards and battery installation best practices. OSHA 30 certification required. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Seniority level
