In March 2025, Perrigo announced that operations at our Milton, VT facility will be migrated to our Eau Claire, WI plant at an estimated sunset date of July 2027. Production will continue for approximately the next two years, and severance is offered per Perrigo\'s policy for U.S. employees. Employment remains full-time, regular, benefits-eligible, and at-will through the project completion. Scope of the Role Maintain and repair building, utility, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), and fire protection systems in a safe, efficient manner following SOPs, GMPs, and work instructions. Troubleshoot and maintain facility and utility systems (steam, hot/cold water, compressed air, etc.). Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good condition. Perform major plumbing/piping repairs and install new air lines, water lines, and waste lines. Operate emergency generator, process waste system, and related systems; document flows, usages, issues as needed. Train on the HVAC computerized system and related components. Rebuild components such as valves, steam traps, and utility pumps. Provide training and technical support to set-up mechanics when required. Perform welding of parts and facility components. Maintain the facility, including outdoor work and snow removal. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Two plus years of solid work experience in maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, HVAC, etc. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and demonstrate cooperative work conduct. Basic keyboard skills to access HVAC computerized systems and maintenance work order systems. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and work from blueprints. Technical certification in building trades, mechanical repair, or related area preferred. Position Physical Requirements Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently; carrying up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or bend for long periods; work at elevated heights and in various climates (hot and cold).
