Reporting to the Division Manager, the Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territories and market verticals, including Steam & Condensate products, Control Valves & Regulators, Hot Water Generation, Heat Transfer Solutions, and more. The role involves working with inside and outside staff, principles, and channels to maximize market share. Key Responsibilities: Lead and model Service Excellence within the team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies for growth and sustainability. Maintain strong customer and partner relationships. Enhance sales effectiveness through planning and review. Support strategic initiatives like supplier programs, promotions, e-commerce, and integrated solutions. Contribute to market analysis and growth opportunities. Handle personnel functions such as recruiting, evaluation, and training. Coach and support regional sales teams. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management or sales management, or 2 years managing people. Bachelor's degree required; engineering or business degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; industry-specific knowledge a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays. Valid driver’s license required. Preferred:

10+ years’ experience in similar roles, with a bachelor’s in engineering or business. The Kendall Group is an equal opportunity employer.
