Design and develop fiber ribbons and ribbon fiber cables within a manufacturing environment. Coordinate and manage multiple projects while balancing daily operational tasks. Collaborate with Manufacturing personnel and cross-functional teams to drive development initiatives. Apply safety and quality best practices throughout product design and manufacturing processes. Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate assertively and professionally. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber optic cable manufacturing, specifically with fiber ribbons and ribbon fiber cable design. Strong technical problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
