The ImmunoDiagnostics Division develops and markets blood test systems for allergy and autoimmune disease diagnosis, operating on the Phadia Laboratory Systems platform. Responsibilities

Provide onsite service including repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and installations of IDD analyzers. Travel to customer sites on short notice to resolve issues and support team members. Maintain proper documentation and adhere to internal policies. Ensure excellent customer interactions with integrity and professionalism. Collaborate internally to resolve issues and improve processes. Train and assist Biomedical Engineering Technicians and operators remotely and onsite. Complete training to enhance technical skills. Manage travel expenses according to company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in biomedical or technical customer service roles. Experience with sophisticated analyzers or systems, preferably in clinical or regulated environments. Proficiency in Windows, networking, electronics, mechanics, and chemistry. Skills and Abilities

Strong judgment in prioritizing tasks. Adaptability to change and feedback. Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Comfort with biohazard environments, safety procedures, and SOPs. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to travel extensively. Maintain vendor credentials, vaccinations, and medical screening as required. Willingness to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes. Benefits
