Manufacturing Engineer – Tallassee, AL (Onsite)
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support both operational and development programs to enable and deliver zero-defect projects. You will implement robust, capable manufacturing process technologies across materials, tooling, fabrication, and assembly within an aerospace composites environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop technical solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
Provide engineering support for production integration and vendor-related issues.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances.
Design and implement tooling and production planning using standard ME tools.
Support product development, quoting, tooling, configuration changes, and first article development.
Deliver measurable results aligned with program and value stream goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability in manufacturing engineering.
Proven ability in aerostructures (metallics and/or composites).
Strong continuous improvement mindset and results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently across diverse manufacturing environments.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
U.S. Person status (Citizen, Green Card holder, refugee, or asylee) per ITAR requirements.
