Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Aegis Therapies Location: Flourish Senior Living, Golden Valley; Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge, Maple Grove. Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient. Schedule: Monday to Friday; no weekends or evenings. Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to residents, including in-room or on-site outpatient clinic treatment. Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans to improve function and quality of life for seniors. Engage in scheduling and coordination within the clinic, contributing to a flexible, patient-focused environment. Qualifications
Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice. Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred. Benefits
