Facility: Mease Countryside Hospital
Location: Safety Harbor, FL
Status: Full time, exempt
Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM ICU
Weekend Work: Every other
On Call: No

Responsibilities
The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug-related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Certifications And Licensure
Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)
Requirements
Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
Preferred: Acute Care
