You will provide direct patient care in an inpatient hospital setting, supporting rehabilitation activities and contributing to a multidisciplinary team. How Confluent Health Supports You

Responsibilities
Review patients medical history. Provide excellent 1:1 care for patients, spending an average of ~40 minutes per patient. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications
Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the relevant state. CPR and first aid certification required. California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain (if applicable). Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply. Who We Are
