Part time Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation). Collaborate with resident and family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education, and various other nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and competence level of the delegate. Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multi-state licensure acceptable if in an NLC state. Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications. Benefits
