Mountain Park Health Center . We are seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our established and accredited team of providers. As a preferred Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Arizona, our mission is to sustain and improve health by providing excellent, patient-centered primary care. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will work within our primary care clinics as part of an integrated team, delivering brief consultation-based services, including behavioral interventions for psychological, mental, and physical conditions across all ages. They may also provide traditional counseling to patients aged 12 years and older. Essential Functions
Provide brief, evidence-based, solution-focused behavioral interventions with active development of behavioral change plans. Offer clinical consultation to patients and providers regarding mental, behavioral, emotional, and physical health issues. Conduct screening and functional assessments of behavioral health issues. Collaborate with medical teams to identify patients who could benefit from behavioral health interventions and deliver these services promptly within the clinic. Develop and implement clinical pathways for specific conditions. Facilitate groups addressing biopsychosocial issues impacting health. Coordinate care and facilitate access to community behavioral health services, ensuring timely feedback to referrers. Provide crisis triage and intervention as needed. Assist in de-escalating situations with upset patients. Maintain consistent attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Arizona. Eligibility for credentialing and contracting with insurers. Preferred: Training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additional Details
