Electronics Technician 4

to join our

Security and Electronic Systems (SES)

business unit. As part of

(SES) , you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates, and maintains electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio-visual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients across high-growth markets. Responsibilities

Install and maintain electronic security systems, perform preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory management. Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision. Document daily toolbox talks, ORM, and safety audits. Program and install head-end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems. Troubleshoot and isolate system and hardware issues locally and globally. Lead on-site software commissioning and testing. Perform inspections, evaluations, and inventory; create and review project drawings; document and track RFIs; provide design feedback. Document daily reports and project progress; communicate issues to management. Create and manage project schedules; integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems; forecast and manage labor hours. Guide and mentor technicians. Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type:

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance. Valid driver's license required; may require use of a company vehicle. Education: HS diploma or GED, military electronics training, graduation from an electronics technician or electrical apprenticeship program, plus at least three years of electronics installation/maintenance experience. Experience: 8+ years in electronics installation/maintenance, with at least 3 years focused on electronic security systems. Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel 50%. Desired Qualifications: Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, CCTV systems, and experience with systems like CCURE, Lenel, Bosch, and Windows. Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights up to 60 feet, and perform physical tasks regularly. Good vision and hearing; ability to recognize problems and analyze information.
