We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated automotive sales manager to lead our outstanding sales team to success. As sales volume continues to rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities. Job Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management. Passionate about customer retention and CSI in sales. Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits. Work with each salesperson and manager to set and achieve specific goals and objectives. Create a positive sales culture and foster a team-oriented environment focused on employee retention. Conduct sales meetings. Maintain a balanced inventory of new and used vehicles. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies that meet sales goals. Engage actively in community involvement. Requirements
Motivator Professional appearance and attitude Honesty and integrity Compassion Leadership skills Punctuality Training skills Education and/or Experience
Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus. Compensation
