Job description Overview Abacus Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional installations, maintenance, and repairs on various equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, The Field Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems and equipment. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs. Conduct troubleshooting on electrical systems, including logic controllers and HVAC systems. Provide technical support and training to clients regarding equipment operation and maintenance. Engage in technical sales by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues. Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments. Requirements Mechanical Aptitude Basic understanding of electrical circuits Experience in technical logical troubleshooting Customer facing skills Customer first attitude Ability to work independently Detail orientated Minimum High School diploma.
