Ensure the site operates in full compliance with federal/state regulations, ISO 13485 standards, customer specifications, and the Company's Quality Management System (QMS). Lead and support investigations related to complaints, nonconforming material reports (NMRs), supplier corrective actions, and CAPAs. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams. Drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant; support engineering changes, validation activities, component and material testing, and risk assessments to ensure product and process integrity. Support the site's training program and oversee the work of Quality Technicians and Inspectors. Support internal, customer, and supplier audits and lead in the resolution of findings and observations. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Material Sciences, or Engineering 7 years of experience in a regulated industry (e.g., life sciences, food and beverage, automotive or aerospace) with preferred emphasis in life sciences (pharma, biopharm, or medical device) 3 years in a Quality role (Quality System development, implementation, and/or execution) within a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications: ASQ certifications desirable (e.g., CQE, CQM, CQA) 1 year of supervisory experience Compensation and Benefits
Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support wellbeing. The national pay range for this position is $89,500 to $138,500 per year; base pay may vary by geographic region, internal equity, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus is 12% of base salary. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) is $100,240 to $155,120. Bonus payments are variable and not a guarantee. Benefits
