Responsibilities
Perform installations, maintenance, and after-sales support of X-Ray Fluorescence spectrometers, Single Crystal and X-Ray Diffraction systems. Analyze, diagnose, and repair complex equipment problems efficiently. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Operate standard electronic test equipment. Use personal computers effectively. Qualifications
M Sc. in Physics or Material Science, or B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics. 2-4 years of experience in installing and repairing complex electronic systems. Experience with XRD/XRF is a plus. Strong technical skills in analytical instrumentation. Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 and pharma compliance. Excellent customer focus and communication skills, capable of interacting with scientists holding Ph.D. or Master’s degrees. Proficient in verbal and written communication, MS Office, technical data, and TCP/IP protocols. Organized, independent, able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. Willing to travel approximately 70-80% of the time. Additional Information
