Overview Lead the Charge on Commercial Construction Projects. Tri-Tech Construction Services Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage field activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to make a lasting impact on diverse building projects.

Location Lafayette, IN

Pay $85,000–$100,000+ per year, plus performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all field operations on commercial construction job sites.

Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries.

Conduct daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation using construction management software (e.g., Procore).

Review blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.

Hold regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to maintain project timelines and address issues.

Resolve field conflicts and adapt project plans in real time.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial construction experience.

Proven track record as an on-site superintendent on at least 5 completed projects, including 3+ ground-up new builds.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore.

Excellent skills in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and multitasking.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and OSHA 10-hour certification required.

Associate's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
