This hands-on, multi-discipline role requires excellent organization, communication skills, and attention to detail. Applicants should be positive, problem-solving team players overseeing subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers. Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration. Proven ability to deliver projects on time by effectively coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while meeting client needs. Knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols. Proficiency with MS Office and computer skills. Ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, and related materials. Experience in scope development, providing take-offs, and related tasks.
