Crystal Finishing Systems is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team in Schofield, WI. This role focuses on hands-on process improvement and strategic project execution to deliver high-quality results. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage capital equipment projects from concept to implementation Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools like Value Stream Mapping Conduct time studies and develop labor standards and SOPs Optimize workflows, layouts, and space utilization for efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and implement solutions Support safety initiatives through ergonomic assessments and OSHA compliance Provide technical support for new products and design-for-manufacturing efforts Deliver daily floor support and contribute to strategic manufacturing plans What You Bring To The Team
Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) 2+ years in manufacturing engineering preferred Strong project management and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to lead teams Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for driving results and making impactful improvements Work Environment
