Overview The Senior Civil/Site Engineer will be a key member of the Civil / Site design team responsible for various aspects of land development projects including site feasibility and conceptual planning, stormwater management, grading, drainage and utility design, erosion and sediment control, permitting, etc. As a Senior Engineer, you may also conduct permitting research, due diligence, write specifications and reports. The Senior Engineer will work within Autocad Civil 3D and alongside the design team managers, and other disciplines, to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines. Candidates can work from any of our offices in New Jersey: Holmdel, Clinton, Hamilton, Mt. Laurel, or Woodcliff Lake. Responsibilities

Preparing construction drawings, plans, and project specifications Conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, grading plans, street improvements, utilities, and specifications Ensuring technical accuracy and proper documentation on plans, reports, and design documents Identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and recommending solutions Collaborating with peers, management, and other disciplines Assisting in stormwater calculations and reporting Plotting and assembling civil engineering plans and reports Supporting other departments with engineering and technical needs Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of relevant land development experience or equivalent EIT and/or PE preferred Knowledge of NJ land use regulations Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading, and site development design Civil 3D skills with ability to design site layouts from concept to completion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in English for communication Compensation: $75,200-$98,500 DOQ What We Offer
