The role involves working with large databases to analyze brain decline trajectories, documenting methods on GitHub, and training team members. The focus will be on brain mapping in aging and Alzheimer’s disease. Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, with 3+ years of neuroimaging experience. Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, Generative AI, statistics, and image processing. Experience with large-scale neuroimaging and genetics data. Excellent communication skills for conference presentations and publications. Experience supervising students and developing pipelines/tools using AI for neuroimaging. Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications
Over 5 years of AI application in neuroimaging. Experience with aging brain projects and quality assessment tools using ML/DL. Experience with synthetic data generation, generative models, and various ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras. Contributions to relevant conferences. The salary range is $89,291.89 - $99,000.00, influenced by experience and other factors. The university conducts background screening for all applicants. Minimum education is a Master’s degree with 3 years experience; a PhD and 5+ years are preferred. The role is mid-senior level, full-time, in the field of Engineering and IT within Higher Education.
