Part-Time Campus Production Lead-North East Park

Indian Rocks Church The Campus Production Lead will work closely with the Production Director to manage and enhance the technical aspects of worship services and church events. This individual will oversee a variety of production elements, including ProPresenter operation, live audio mixing, stage lighting, and equipment troubleshooting, ensuring that every service and event runs smoothly. Must give testimony and evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sense the call of God to a serving ministry. Operate and manage ProPresenter for worship services and church events, ensuring seamless and engaging presentation flow. Handle live audio production tasks, including mixing, microphone setup, and sound checks, ensuring high-quality sound for all services and events. Oversee stage lighting design and operation, creating an immersive and visually impactful worship atmosphere. Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment across Mac and PC platforms, ensuring optimal performance at all times. Collaborate closely with the production team and ministry leaders to plan and execute production elements for both regular and special events. Contribute to volunteer training and support, fostering a spirit of teamwork and skill development within the production team. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in worship production, suggesting and implementing improvements as appropriate. Administer the work of the ministry programs by encouraging positive teamwork and mutual support of the Mission Statement of Indian Rocks. Requirements Education: A degree in Media Production, Sound Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience: 2 years proven experience in live production environments, preferably within a church or similar setting. Proficiency in ProPresenter, live audio production, and stage lighting is essential. Strong technical acumen with experience working on both Mac and PC platforms. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and volunteers. Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges in a dynamic setting.
