As a subsidiary of a publicly traded Israeli clean energy firm with over 1GW commissioned and a 7GW pipeline globally, the company is shaping the future of sustainable power in the U.S. and beyond. Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct the electrical consultants for the design of projects. Analyze and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment in renewable energy projects. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Monitor and report on the performance of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare weekly and annual plans for the electrical team. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders. Participate in the commissioning and testing of new electrical installations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
