What will be expected of our new graduates? As a new graduate at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems. It’s important to ask questions, use available resources, and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work. Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously are critical aspects of your role.
Qualifications and preferred majors
Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Graduated or expected to graduate May 2026 or August 2026; available to start May 2026 – August 2026
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Ability to effectively problem solve

Willingness to travel for client and company projects/meetings
Ability to climb stairs and ladders at client sites and navigate client sites for walkdowns
Ability to work outdoors

Completion of pre-interview assessments
College transcript if within 1 year of graduation
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual MVR checks

Salary Salary Range: $71,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Ranges determined by role, level, experience, and location. Within the range, pay depends on work location and other factors, including job-related skills, education or training.
