Develop and implement manufacturing build plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedules Utilize Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system to input Master Schedule build plans, track material availability, status kit readiness, release shop orders, and maintain all shop order records and inventory integrity Update and maintain make items lead times within the MRP system Manage floor stock of program components Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address any issues in a timely manner Work with Materials Planners to proactively manage the schedule and material dock dates to ensure accuracy of planning Provide hardware status, updates and performance statistics to program team based on status of hardware through Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Qualifications
To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related degree or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age Preferred Skills
Knowledge and/or experience in scheduling or supply chain planning (preferred) Strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of quantitative data Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of relational databases Knowledge and/or experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) or other enterprise planning and scheduling suite Ability to actively listen to customer and plant issues, troubleshoot problems and implement timely, customer-focused solutions Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient organization, conflict management, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $53,000 - $97,000. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Benefits include health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
